Length: adjustable. 23-25 inches at longest point. 

Material: gold plating on top of a mixed metal base (may contain nickel)

Dead-stock vintage. An unworn item that has been stored for a long period of time. Found in an untouched since the '90s warehouse that supplied the likes of Liberty, Harrods and Selfridges.
