Polite Notice: "Please check measurements before buying in order to minimise the need to return. I always add full measurements in the description.
I want to encourage sustainable and conscious shopping habits. To move away from impulse buying that is related to fast fashion. Please consider all purchases. As a small business, like many others at this trying time I am trying to adapt and survive and returns massively effect this.
I am happy to send over as much additional info as you wish, please let me know if you need advice on how to measure yourself and if you really love an item but it's not quite right, please consider getting it altered by your local tailor. Also, you can always return your item for a exchange for store credit to spend with me at a future date. Thank you, Fiona."
We want you to love your purchase from Vintage Inclined. However, should you wish to return your item for an exchange, store credit or refund you must notify email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for returning. Items must be returned unworn and with their original tags within 10 days of your return being approved.
Once we've received your item please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.
Items not eligible for returning:
- End of season sale items
- Pre-ordered items
Please note: Return postage costs are covered by you. If you return your full order original postage costs will be deducted from your refund (even if you received free shipping).
