Vintage 80s navy blouse with ruffle neckline and cuffs. Button-down front and semi-sheer. Looks great tucked into high waisted jeans or trousers. 

Polyester. 

Will fit up to a UK 14 depending on the desired fit. The model is a UK 10 and 5"7, she wears it oversized.
